Therefore, the question of the present article is the one which provides answer to the kind of relationship between system-institution-modern civilization at Islamic level. Our hypothesis is: only with the increase of the degree of institutionalization of new Islamic institutions we can help the new Islamic system reach the modern Islamic civilization. As a result, the present article's aim is not presenting the relationship between the three above-mentioned elements, rather it is to help deepen the belief in the necessity of the continuity of its relationship in the minds and acts of people. Among the findings of the article, we can mention that the Islamic system cannot be established unless the related institutions are strengthened and that the socialized religious institutions set the ground for the formation of the modern Islamic civilization at the level of the Islamic Revolution.                  نظام سازی اسلامی به معنای برساخت مبانی،اصول و اهداف دینی در حکومتی تازه است که به سرعت و در پی انقلاب، شکل می گیرد اما بقای آن، به تأسیس و تداوم نهادهای سه گانه مذهبی در بخش های اجرا،قضا و تقنین و ایجاد و ابقای نهادهای مناسب به آن، مرتبط است ولی یکی از مسأله های مطروحه آن است که نمی دانیم نهاد سازی تنها به تشکیل موسسه و نهاد نیست بلکه درجه اجتماعی شدن آن، میزان نهادمندی اسلامی و مقدار ارتباط آن با تمدن نوین اسلامی را معین می کند، بنابراین، سئوال پیش روی مقاله حاضر آن است که به نوع ارتباط بین نظام-نهاد-تمدن نوین در سطح اسلامی پاسخ دهد. فرضیه ما عبارت است از: تنها با افزایش درجه نهادینه شدن نهادهای اسلامی جدید، قادر خواهیم بود نظام تازه برآمده اسلامی را در نیل به تمدن نوین اسلامی یاری دهیم در نتیجه، هدف مقاله تنها نشان دادن ارتباط عناصر سه گانه مذکور نیست بلکه کمک به تعمیق باور ضرورت تداوم ارتباط آن در ذهن و عمل مردم است. از یافته‎های مقاله می توان اشاره کرد به این که نظام اسلامی تشکیل نمی شود مگر به تعمیق نهادهای مرتبط و این نهادهای دینی اجتماعی شده اند که راه را برای شکل گیری تمدن نوین اسلامی در تراز انقلاب اسلامی فراهم می آورند. https://mag.mpte.ir/article_89614_7b9543b0acae92f357c0d5d839ea3454.pdf
