This paper investigates and analysis the science relation in universities in the world. The university, as a center for the spread of science, has not been able to converge in itself and in the human soul. The inability of the academic structure to achieve a single goal indicates the inability to promote the material and spiritual status of the human soul. This is what creates convergence. Lack of the position of Hakim and Allameh, is the main question that shows this interruption.
In the text we investigates the question and its consequences in the world, western and eastern Islamic civilizations. The balanced progress (sustainable development) is one of this interruption results. First, using data collection, concepts related to the harms, challenges and obstacles of modern Islamic civilization were extracted and then a creative conceptual model was proposed. The findings of this study showed that a paradigm-building civilization based on original principles can change the approach to the basic principles of monotheism in universities in a general, practical and interdisciplinary manner, which is the main theme of the Islamic University and leads to central wisdom. To be realized in the development of higher education and civilization. Contrary to the secular view of knowledge, that is, science which in other examples does not see the effect of the relations of other sciences and theology, but deviates in its path. The university must converge and move away from the ungodly path by changing its style and attitude, not its nature. Creating this convergence of sciences can lead to a paradigm based on Islamic civilization and the emergence of a new scientific civilization.
