Although civilization is the product of human activity, the impact of all humans on the formation, development, or decline of civilizations has never been equal. On the other hand, science has always been considered one of the most important indicators of a civilization. Therefore, the degree of influence of individuals on sciences has always been considered . The present article has sought to answer the question, "What was the impact of Imam Hassan VII on the science of jurisprudence based on the sources of the first five centuries of the Hijri?" with a descriptive-analytical method. Throughout the present article, the impact has included the direct impact of Imam Hassan VII during his lifetime and after his lifetime. The motivation for the revival of Islamic civilization with an emphasis on its Shiite interpretation, especially after the formation of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, According to the findings of the research, the impact of Imam Hassan on the science of jurisprudence was identified in the following areas: the impact of Imam Hassan on preserving and disseminating the authentic jurisprudential heritage and tradition of the Messenger of God and the Commander of the Faithful, refining past jurisprudential narrations and correcting their interpretation, opening new windows to the discussion of the reason for the enactment of certain rulings, influencing subsequent Shiite imams and Shiites of later periods in the field of jurisprudence, influencing the field of issuing fatwas, and also the impact of Imam Hassan on the field of jurisprudential foundations.
